On behalf of the Trustees of the FSAE Foundation, we are excited to announce the 2010 Silent Auction to be held in conjunction with the FSAE Annual Conference, July 21-23, at The Naples Grande, in Naples. Proceeds from this event go directly to the FSAE Foundation to provide funding for education, research, professional development, and publications for the association management profession. We need your support to be successful in this mission!
The Auction will begin with the display of all items online in advance of the conference on our dedicated Auction website: www.fsaeauction.com. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your property, product or service, as well as your generous support to the association market. It is a rolling Silent Auction; conference participants will have the opportunity to bid on items on Thursday and Friday. Whether you are an association professional or an industry partner, we ask you to consider a donation for the Silent Auction.
The RING OF WINE GAME is back and will be even more fun, interactive, and unique in 2010! The game is called “Ring of Wine” and is much like a carnival game of “ring the bottle and win a prize,” except these bottles are more fun and you can win them. There will be several different wines ranging in type, quality, quantity and cost. When you ring the bottle of wine, you take it home with you! There are a few rules but once you start tossing those rings you won’t be able to stop. And best of all, when you toss the rings, you are helping to raise dollars to support FSAE Foundation programs!
We appreciate any and all donations of wine or cash from FSAE Members. Donors will be recognized in several ways: on a sign at the event, create a special custom label for your bottle ( click here to download the template wine label that you can design your self), and on the FSAE Silent Auction Website, www.fsaeauction.com. Bring your bottles – small and large, few and many – to the FSAE Office and the FSAE Staff will take them to the conference or you can bring them with you and drop them off at the Silent Auction room when you arrive.
**If you would like to be listed on a sign in the Silent Auction room as a WINE DONOR, please donate your bottle or notify Hester ( hester@fsae.org or 850-702-0944) by July 9, 2010. Otherwise, you will be listed after the Annual Conference as a donor on the website.
Again this year, we have some amazing BIG TICKETS ITEMS to choose from and you will be able to purchase them before the conference. Remember these packages are available to anyone you don't have to be members you don't have to be present to win!

This year we have 3 amazing Packages to choose from for our Big Ticket drawings. We are selling tickets BEFORE conference again this year. You can purchase tickets when you register for conference or from our Silent Auction Website (www.fsaeauction.com). So if you want to be sure you get tickets for these great packages, go ahead and get them NOW along with your registration. No need to wait until conference!
You will be entered into the BIG Ticket drawing ($25 is the suggested contributions per ticket). You decide which prize you want to win – or take a chance on each. At the FSAE Friday Night Gala dinner reception, we will draw one winner for each package. The odds are good; less than 150 tickets were sold per package in 2009!
